The location was strategic - a short walk to everywhere we wanted to go. Everything was really good and within 15 minutes' drive of Ngurah Rai International airport. The staff members were really helpful and top-class and suggested local places.

The hotel offered amazing complementary breakfast and a great shuttle service to nearby attractions. I loved how close it was to the main shopping mall and restaurants. the room was decently clean and had great amenities for the price we paid. Lastly, we enjoyed the pool and the relaxing environment it offered.

The hotel lacked high-speed wifi which made it hard to work remotely. the location was not ideal for beachgoers as it was a bit far from the beach.

Hotel Neo - Kuta, Jelantik is my go-to place in Legian. From my first stay, staff helped with my heavy bags. The hotel has Wi-Fi, 24-hour amenities, a bar, and an outdoor pool. It suits me perfectly. Can't wait to come back for Christmas!

I had a great stay at a hotel in Legian! The room was very clean and had a TV with satellite channels, perfect for watching Wimbledon. The bathroom was nice and there was a safe in the room. And the big buffet breakfast was a delicious start to the day! I'll recommend this hotel.
